New e-commerce solutions at UAB ,,Mavens Agency“

UAB "Mavens Agency" is implementing a project from March 2022 within the framework of the 2014-2020 European Union Funds Investment Operational Programme Measure No. 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860 "E-Commerce Model COVID-19". The project is dedicated to the implementation of the e-commerce model. In order to operate profitably in the market affected by Covid-19, as well as to increase the attractiveness and demand for the services provided and the productivity of the company, the project will include the development of a customer self-service system. The company's customers will be able to generate the documents sold by the company directly by purchasing and managing services digitally.

The results of the project will enable customers to receive services faster and more conveniently, and the company to manage order flows more successfully, to keep track of the demand for products, and to organise the production activities of UAB Mavens Agency more efficiently, better responding to the needs and expectations of customers.

The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
